Polar Kids lenses are polarized lenses adapted to fit the junior frames, be resilient to impact and eliminate all reflections. But what good are the lenses if they won’t stay on their head? Not a problem thanks to wrap-around, curved frames with articulated hinges and Grip Tech ends. These frames will sit comfortably on the head, and just in case they do slide off, holes on the tips of the frames provide an easy place to attach a cord. I purchased these sunglasses for my son, age 6. This is his first pair of sunglasses. He hasn't had them long so I don't have a history with which to base a review on. However, my son really loves these glasses. The color was perfect (orange/grey), and they fit well enough that at times, he forgets he has them on. He uses them when he rides his bike/razor and when we go for a ride in the car. The biggest challenge will be to not lose them and to keep him from breaking them. I wouldn't take that challenge at the full retail price, but I was willing to take it because I found them on sale.
