Runs way small

I own a pair of Keen Bette shoes for the snow, which I purchased a few years back and love them! However, I wanted to get a new pair of shoes this winter and thought I'd get new Keen's. I received these shoes and they run so small, that I think that I'd have to order a full size up. Not even going to risk going through the exercise of that after I return. The shoes did look like they were great quality, but just be fore-warned!

love the product waterproof sturdy shoe. You will need to order up at least a half or full size. They are very hard to get on. Will be returning for a larger size. They bring a new meaning to slip on
