Women's Howser Shoe

I actually bought these shoes to use as house slippers. OMG they are warm, sturdy, and comfortable. I liked them so much the first day that I wore them out that evening to a friends house. So you can use them as slippers, or shoes. Great shoes!Pros: comfortable, warm, easy to forget that you have them on, Cons: had to buy 1/2 size larger

I so LOVE these shoes! I have worn them to work and everyone has asked about them. They are extremely comfortable! I am going to buy another pair in a different color!

comfortable but not fashionable

Keens are very comfortable and supportive in general. But this style specifically is not very chic. When my boyfriend described them as "kinda elf-y", I knew they were my new dog-walking and errand-running shoes. (Granted I was wearing striped socks and rolled up pants, but still!) The toe cover, as with other Keen styles, is large and prominent and hard to avoid if you are looking for indiscreet footwear. BUT they are warm and comfortable and keep my feet moderately dry when on a walk in the neighborhood park or at the grocery. I ordered a 9 and they fit great. Typically I am a 9 in shoes/heels and a 9.5 in boots. I like that I can spread my toes out inside the shoe. They were difficult to pull on at first, but now they slip on easily with a pull on the back tab. The gargoyle color is fantastic; sort of a blueish grey.

Love this shoe: warm, cozy soft lining, sturdy sole but not too stiff. No break-in time and very reasonably priced. I was looking for a winter shoe that offered a bit more protection but still all-day wearable. The fit was true to size for me with plenty of toe room.Pros: cute styling, warm lining, soft inner sole., great price, Cons: none
Keeps your feet toasty warm

Super happy with this purchase. The fleece lining is really soft, which makes wearing socks totally unnecessary. They fit true to size. Although, they were a bit difficult to pull on at first - I'm hoping they loosen up a bit with wear. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable. I feel like I'm wearng a favorite pair of slippers. Love the look of the shoes. As always, I order a half size bigger in Keens and they always fit great.

I have wanted these since I 1st saw them. True to a KEEN fit which for me means I need to order up a 1/2 size. I LOVE THEM! They are very comfortable and the rubber soles mean I can put the dogs out or run to the mailbox without changing shoes.Pros: Great design, Performance, Cons: Cost
Warm, comfortable and stylish.

I've been wearing the mauve pair of these shoes outdoors shoveling a few inches of snow, and doing everyday activities (shopping, dining out, etc.) I'm happy that these fleece-lined shoes are warm outdoors but are not too warm indoors. If they had more arch support, I'd rate them a 5. I don't think I'd want to do a lot of walking in them due to the mediocre arch support. FWIW, these shoes seem to run true to length, as my true shoe size is 8 1/4 and these are a hair long. Also, my feet are a fraction narrower than medium (but not enough for a narrow width). These shoes are perfectly comfortable width-wise for me, so if your foot is slightly wide, you may find these shoes slightly narrow.Pros: comfortable, easy to slip on and off., Cons: a bit low in arch support

Very comfortable shoe, with thick liner for warmth. Feels like a slipper but great for the outdoors. The size was true to fit. The sole is sturdy. Great for everyday wear and walking around town. The price is fantastic for the quality shoe.Pros: price, Cons: none

I was looking for a "slipper" that was warm but also had a sole that would allow me to go outside. I have loved Keens in the past and these fit perfectly (size 9 true to size), the lining is just enough for a cozy feel and I can wear these out onto the gravel driveway and even wore them to grocery store. The fabric is easy to clean. I got the grey color which was not my first choice but what was available in size. Easy to get on and off (although if you have a high instep you might find them a bit tight). Highly recommend this item!Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, cozy

I purchased these for my mother for christmas this year - she wanted slippers with good grip. I haven't given then to her yet but I tried them on and loved it!

I was hesitant to spend this much on slipper/shoes that I would only wear around the house, but these were worth it! Usual excellent Keen quality and very comfortable. These were a bit tight on the top of my feet at first, but became increasingly comfortable as I broke them in. I have worn these in the house constantly all winter long.
