Comfy but questionable quality

I was excited to get these shoes... I bought them to use as slippers. I received them just before Christmas and immediately started wearing them around the house... Ahhhh my new slippers. They were as comfortable as I had hoped (and expected since most of my shoes are Keens), but after 3-4 weeks, the wool is wearing and coming apart on the tops. I am only wearing these indoors, for long periods of time mind you, but I don't know how well they would stand up if they were worn outdoors. I am disappointed in the longevity of these shoes considering what I paid, but the comfort is not a let down at all. I will continue to wear them until they are unwearable.

This keen slipper runs one size small in length. The width is fair. You could wear socks with these slippers. I found that I could feel the floor through the sole of the shoe. I decided to return them, because my toe hits the end. I wanted something a little more plush for wear on the hard wood and tile in the winter. Also not a big fan of the hairy wool look. Sort of looks like dog hairs are stuck to the shoes. Shoes look durable and for the right foot type most likely would be fine... if you like hairy shoes. I do love Altrec. Great customer service and shipping is pretty quick. Plus cannot beat some of the prices.
