I love Keen's enclosed shoes as much as I do their sandals! This is a cute, chunky shoe with a feminine floral cut-out design on outer sides. I got size 8 which seems more roomy than size 8 in the Newport sandals...it could be the Kaci support foam insert (removable) does not hug the foot in the same way as the one-piece molded sole of the sandals. However, worn with socks or tights, the Kaci shoe fits great and I can lace them up tighter. I find them comfy right out of the box with no stiff/painful tongue as mentioned in previous reviews. I have a rather narrow foot with spread-out toes, so the large toe-box is heavenly.

Excellent outdoor shoe, very strong material. The shoe is on the heavy side. On extended wearing, it's comfortable. The sole provides good grip on most surfaces.

I was surprised to get these shipped so fast. This is the first time I have ordered from Altrec.com. I have been wearing Keen's for a few years now & have not had any issues as of yet. So far these are right in there with comfort being exceptional. Leather is soft enough so there is no need for a "breaking in" period. They is a little bit of extra room in the front part of the shoe than I have experienced with other styles but that gives me more flexibility for wearing different socks with them. Pretty light feeling without feeling flimsy.

I work in retail sales and am on my feet on hard cement floors. By the end of a shift, I cannot wait to get home and put my feet up. After extensive research, I decided to invest in a pair of Keen shoes, primarily due to the many positive online reviews. I normally wear between an 8.5 and 9B, so I ordered the 9 based on reviews that the Kaci shoe runs 1/2 size small. Maybe I could have worn an 8.5, but it was sold out at the time I ordered. For me, the heel area is too wide, so I purchased some gel strips to prevent my heel from slipping. I really like the sturdy quality construction and the roomy reinforced toe box, esp. when I am crawling around on the floor stocking or pulling pallets. The arch support is phenomenal. So far, I am well pleased with the comfort. The foot pain when I get home is substantially less. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box, with the exception of minor stiffness of the tongue. I would buy them again.

The Kaci is what is called a Blucher lace style shoe, were the laces are able to expand out to give more room on the instep. The shoe fits exceptionally well, I am 5ft 4" and wear a size 8. Before Kids a 7 1/2 shoe size but all of my keens fit perfectly. I would say that the last, or form of a foot around which the shoe is made is true to size, they do not run large at all. The Kaci is fully leather lined which is a rare touch of extra quality these days. I am on my feet all day and along with being very comfortable, the style is perfect. I am pleased to add the Kaci to my collection of Keen shoes and boots.

Purchased shoe size 9 to wear for work and walking with socks. The shoe tongue initially was very stiff and poked my ankles. After softening the upper tongue edge with mink oil and wearing the shoes gently for a week to help shape it to my foot it now fits comfortably.

I am a nurse and I spend most of my days on my feet. When I get out to run errands or grab a bite to eat, I like to walk in shoes that will relieve my feet after a 12 hour shift. I love that this shoe can do this for me but I also love that this shoe looks great with a nice pair of jeans, khakis, or cargo pants. I have a foot that requires plenty of arch support and this shoes has that! When I walk it almost feels like I am walking on cushioned pillows. I liked the style of this shoe in pictures and when I got them I was very happy because the pics do NOT do them justice. I have a huge collection of Keen shoes and this brand never disappoints! Get these shoes if you are looking for a comfortable, stylish, all day shoe that you can wear on a daily basis. I can't wait for the cool weather so I can match these up with cool colored wool socks and my favorite sweater.

Very comfortable shoe and stylish enough for everyday office wear. Toe box is roomy and my toes don't feel constricted. Definitely a great shoe. Size is true to fit. If you are looking for a shoe that allows comfort and stability, this is the shoe for you.
