Keen Owyhee Water Shoe - Women's

Great shoe! Everything I hoped for from Keen.

This is my first pair of Keen water shoes I have ever ordered, and I couldn't wait for them to arrive! I do a lot of kayaking, camping, and hiking, so I needed a shoe that I could rely on to make the transitions with me. There is nothing worse than having to worry about your feet when all you want to do is have fun. I started researching my own pair of Keens after my boyfriend bought his 6th pair (the Newport H2.) As soon as I saw the Owyhee, I knew it was for me. The perfect blend of form, function, and femininity. What finalized my decision was comparing it to the other water shoes available. The Newport H2 was too wide and bulky. The Whisper was a little too strappy and runs narrow. (I have a wide foot) The Mckenzie and Venice H2 didn't interest me based on design/function. I ordered the slate black/living coral in a size 9. The colors are dark khaki green and grey brown (think camo) and a true to description coral/salmon. ** I ordered a size 9 because I usually wear an 8.5 and I read that this shoe runs about a half size small. I am pleased with the fit, but I still have more than enough toe room and probably could have gotten by with my true size.

My daughter loves Keens. They are great for wearing to the pool and great for school. They are so comfortable and versatile with all outfits from shorts to jeans. She always get comments on them and how cute they look. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a great comfortable shoe for outdoor fun and casual wear.

I returned the shoes because they did not fit my foot. I cannot give a better review due to the fit. The material was good quality and there was a very good arch support. I did not like the material that covered the foot bed. It was too rough.

This is a great Keen product. I have other Keen sandals, but was looking for something that I could wear that was cool for the summer and could accommodate an insole that would not be seen (I have RA). This shoe allows me to enjoy walking, biking and other outdoor activities while helping me to stay cool and yet have extra cushion. Will be buying another pair.

Pretty much every pair of shoes that I own are Keen. Just purchased these and have worn them every day since I got them. They are very comfortable and offer support. Your toes are protected with the Keen toe. The fact that they have a back on them means that they are a bit more stable and supportive than just an open sandal. But, I have the Newport H2 and they are comfortable and supportive too. I train retrievers professionally and during the warmer weather they are in and out of the water a great deal. This means that my feet get wet each and every time they bring their retrieve back to me. These shoes are just perfect. The only things that I would change are more color options and the fact that the suntan lines on my feet look pretty strange. I would highly recommend this footwear.
