Just received these today and they fit right out of the box. I usually order a size 8, but these are a size 9 and fit. I love all Keen shoes and these will be great to wear on occasions when I want a dressier shoe than the sandals (which I also love).

The Palermo offers great support, heel comfort, and cute style. Unfortunately, they run a size smaller than the other Keen shoes I've purchased. That leads to blisters and return hassle, so order one size too big!

I have an extremely high instep and the place where the elastic meets the shoe hurts, leaving red indents when I remove the shoes. My hope is that with time, the elastic will loosen up and the pain will vanish because otherwise, the shoe is extremely comfortable, cute, too.

I bought my first pair of Keen shoes in Sept. and have been wearing them almost everyday since and I am more than heppy with them, as I have a foot problem and find it hard to find shoes I can wear comfortably.

I was very disappointed with the lack of comfort. I started to get blisters after the 1st wear. The leather pieces that intersect moving away from the toes, cut right into my flesh. Stretching was required to wear the shoes with comfort. The size was fine but the leather wasn't soft at all.
