I was looking for a backpack to use around town, mostly for transporting stuff to the gym and to work. The Babs is bigger than what I expected and what I really needed, but that's my fault for buying a bag online, sight unseen. My real complaint is that when I'm walking, my arms rub on the straps of the bag. I've had this happen with unisex backpacks because the upper part of the strap doesn't lay flat on my chest. I was surprised to find this problem with a women's pack. (I'm 5' 5" with an athletic build but a healthy sized chest). It means I get chafing on the inside of my arms, or have to walk with my hands holding on to the shoulder straps. I misplaced the tags, otherwise I'd be returning this pack for something smaller and more comfortable. The quality of the bag seems good though, nice tough material and good stitching. I like the front straps for holding a yoga mat or wet towel after swimming.Pros: tough material, Cons: too big, uncomfortable
