I am 55 years old and have a Marmot mummy bag. Good bag but found it to be confining. Probably my age. Online tech chat recommended the this bag that allows for more room and versatiltiy. They were right. I am an active sleeper and toss and turn a lot. I really do like the zippers on this bag in that they are not as apt to hang and frustrate you in the middle of the night. The bag is also perfect for cool fall nights. Haven't encountered any cold spots. I do believe that if you like backcountry camping and your sleep is important, you will love this one. I also bought the exped 7 sleeping pad to go along with this. I am very satisfied with the combination.
