we love these chairs. they have cup holders on both sides as well as a bottle open attached to the chair. they recline in the back so if you want to put your feet up on a cooler you can and lounge back for an afternoon snooze.

My napping chair

This chair is so comfortable that I use it to nap in. I live in a motor home and travel all the time. I purchased the Kelty Delux Lounge Chair almost 3 years ago and have used it virtually every day since. I place it outside in the sun where it's warm and relax there for my afternoon nap. Friends have tried it also and everyone agrees it's a very relaxing chair. You can lay back and it supports your head also. You can adjust the arms to your height, and the tilt back to fit your back and height. This chair is best suited to larger and taller people. I'm 5'11" and 185 lbs its perfect for me. The specs say it holds 325 pounds and I believe it. I've had some heavy people try it out. But I think it would not last as long with a overly heavy user. I recently had to order myself a new one because the original one I purchased in Sept 2008 finally broke where the seat attaches to the chair frame. But it lasted for nearly 3 years of daily use. If you are large and you are looking for a large portable camping chair, this one is the most comfortable I've ever seen or used.

I was considering a number of options for my camp chairs and I am completely happy that I chose this deluxe model. They are sturdy, good looking and functional. In hindsight, very much worth the extra spend. Altrec as usual was prompt in shipping and the advice I received from the Customer Service Team was stellar.

This chair truly is deluxe. My brother had one and I loved that it was lightweight, yet sturdy. The cupholders are also deep. This will be coming with me for many Boundary Waters trips!
