Great for lunch boxes!
My kids (4th and 2nd grade) use these bottles in their lunch boxes, (they have the standard cap of course). They are just the right size, super easy to clean and still look good after more than a year. The only drawback is the top is hard for them to remove if screwed on tightly, but this is overcome by putting a thick pencil through the hole to aid in twisting.

Still going strong
This bottle is very durable. I bought it in Sept 2008 and I have no regrets, I use it everyday. Definitely recommend it.

Best toddler bottle
Perfect size bottle and easy to wash. The interchangeable caps makes it easy for the whole family to use.

Klean Kanteen Stainless Steel Colored Water Bottles
Last month I bought a 12oz Klean Kanteen bottle a. In the end I prefer the Klean Kanteen. the bottles are very light and look good. The Sigg is lighter, but not so much to really matter. Sigg wins easily in the looks department with different artwork to choose from and the bottle I have has a nice textured powder coat finish compared to the KK basic look and smooth surface. Sigg uses an epoxy to protect your water from the aluminum and tells you not to use the bottle for long term storage. Could be a bit worrisome not knowing what's in the epoxy and the possibility of aluminum contamination. I have not noticed a metallic taste from either bottle drinking straight unfiltered tap water. I prefer the stainless steel of the KK just because it's probably on the safer side.

perfect size!
i bought this water bottle for my mom because she didn't want the added weight of larger container. the wide mouth design makes it easy to clean and the finish is durable and attractive. she brings it everywhere now and it fits comfortably in almost all of her purses and day bags.

I bought 6 klean kanteens in 3 different size sand I am happy with them. I was willing to spend the extra money on Klean Kanteens because they can go in the dishwasher, have wide mouths, and they have higher manufactoring standards.

High Quality beverage containers
I tend to do various length outings and like to keep packing to a minimum. These 12oz SS Kanteens were just what I needed for my short escapades. Easy to clean with wide mouth and they seem to be very robust as well. I think I might a few more since I have been using them around town as well.

Great find!
I had been looking for a water bottle that would fit in my children's lunch boxes and that could stand up to the constant abuse from 6 and 8 yr olds. This 12oz Kleen Kanteen turned out to be just the ticket! It will dent if thrown on the hardwood or concrete too many times, but the two small dents that we have are inconsequential. The bottles keep the water cold and there is no aftertaste like we have found in plastic water bottles. Overall, this is a great product.

Perfect for small hands!
I bought two of these for my 3 and 5 year olds. They are extremely durable and the size is just right for them to hold on to. The mouth opening in smooth and large enough for ice cubes. The kids enjoyed choosing from all of the fun colors. There is also quite a variety of lid options, including a sippy cup lid. The taste of the water is delicious and pure- no plastic aftertaste. The one down side that I have found is that when dropped the paint scratches slightly on the bottom, but to be fair to the company, my kids are very hard on them. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend them.

I love this water bottle. It is hard to find bottles so small that fit in your purse and don't weigh too much when full. You don't taste anything but the water you put into it like you may in a plastic bottle

A Kool bit of gear
I got the Klean Kanteen as an add-on to another order so I could bring the total high enough to qualify for free shipping. Once it arrived, my wife promptly took it over. She attaches it to the shoulder strap of her pack, and sips from it as we trek along. She finds it a great improvement over fumbling and stretching for our liter-plus size water bottles stored in the pack's pockets. She liked it so much, I was motivated to order the same item in the 18 ounce size.

Ok, but not ideal
This is just "ok" as a sippy cup -- there is no cover for the sipping part to keep it clean in your diaper bag (or when you toddler drops it on the ground) nor is there a cover for times when you don't need the sippy end.

Great size and features for kids,
MY kids enjoy using it. Perfect size for their lunch boxes. I can also attach these to the water bottle holder on our bikes when we go bike riding and not have to worry about the sun melting the plastic into the water like on the plastic water bottles. I also like the cap that covers the mouth piece to keep it clean and it's attached to the bottle so it won't get lost.
