Excellent bottle
Large, and good quality. I have had this for a few months and i have used it a lot. It is holding up well. I recommend this bottle for backpacking, hiking, etc.

Very large
Awesome bottle, just too large for me. I returned it. It is perfect for people looking for a larger bottle, not one for everyday.

Reliable reservoir
I am impressed with this huge water bottle (40 oz). It provides the extra water needed on those excursions and it fits standard water bottle saddles. I was wary of the stopper but it is leak proof.
Love the stainless steel.

Great purchase
I have been using my Klean Kanteen for well over a year and I love it! My water always tastes fresh. The bottle is easy to clean. Unfortunately, it is not dent or chip resistant. I've dropped it numerous times. It definitely looks well used! I did find that I dropped it less when I used the loop cap, instead of the flat cap since I could hook my finger through the loop for a more secure hold.

Won't leave home without it!
Wide opening makes it easier to clean, love this stainless steel container! I bring two with me to work to make sure I get my daily water allowance!

Best Bottle!
Perfect for backpacking, beach camping, or just everyday use to and from the office. I bought this one to replace my last 40 oz. that I left at school. I really like the top because Klean Kanteen uses a rubber top to sit inside the threaded part which doesn't make a lot of noise when opening or closing the bottle. Great bottle!

Two years and still going
I bought several of these water bottles several years ago when BPA was a hot topic. I pretty much threw out all those Nalgene bottles with BPA and bought these.
These Kanteen are so easy to clean. I use the brush to clean the inside of it. The best part is they are stainless steel; so I can rest assure that there is no rust inside the bottles (Yes, I do check them every now and then).
I bought one for the office, one for home, and one for my golf bag. I also bought a stainless steel for my hiking trip last year. However, I replaced it with a Nalgene Without BPA this year to save some weight.
Overall, you can't go wrong with these bottles. I also bought several others and give them to my close friends and families - as gifts...

Clean!
Nice looking water bottle. You'll never find me drinking out of plastic again. This size is a bit larger than a Nalgene and won't fit in most holders found on backpacks. The steel also dents easily if dropped on rock for example. I actually had to reform the bottom of mine by hitting it on a flat surface, not a problem though.. simply adds character ;)

Great Bottle
This Kanteen is perfect for me. It looks really nice, I like having it made out of steel as I've had some melting issues with plastic bottles in the past. Super easy to keep clean, I like the fact I can put a biner in the loop cap. Overall a great bottle.

Awesome Water Bottle
I absolutely love this bottle. It's smooth around the edge where you put your mouth. Water tastes like water out of this bottle instead of like metal or plastic.

pretty good
I like this bottle because it is just plain old stainless steel. however, I'm not sure if the screw on top that i have is bpa-free. at first the bottle smelled really metallic, but that's now gone. it's pretty light and i like that since they don't have a 1L bottle, i went for the 1.18L bottle which means i drink even more water now :) i knocked one star off b/c of the the top and the initial metallic smell.

Keeps beverage cold!
I love my klean kanteen! I got one for myself and one for my sister. It keeps my water ice cold. I am glad I got the 40 oz because I drink a lot of water and don't have to fill up as often. Also, the fun color makes me want to drink more water to stay hydrated! Love It!

Fantastic for Travel
I love this water bottle! We have several 40 oz ones so that we can travel without having to buy bottled water on the road. Also, the smaller ones are great for smoothies and protein shakes; they keep the drinks plenty cold! The bottles will definitley sweat, so I recommend getting an insulated tote; I purchased the Built NY ones, and they're fantastic as well.

i really like my new water bottle.
This is a great way to carry my two jugs of water with me daily. I was carrying plastic bottles but they get old and then they would start to leak or start to stink. Thanks for this great product. I plan on buying a few more for my grand kids sports games. Thanks again.

Great bottle...with exceptions
Got this as a Christmas gift. The 40 oz size is great because I go through a lot of water. But I have small hands and the bottle is a little bit hard to hold around the center. I wish they would have made a small indentation or finger grip sort of thing to make it easier to hold But all in all, a great product. Water with ice stays cold most of the day. And really nice fast shipping.

Great savings and cool water all in one
These are great, can use it over and over and it keeps your water cool. I was wasting hundreds on bottle water, now I have my water filter and just fill it and put it in the fridge for work. My water stays cool all night.

Love this Bottle
No BPA or aluminum getting into my water...no weird plastic liners with unknown toxic chemicals! Water simply tastes like water. I live in the desert and the 40oz size is perfect. I take it everywhere -- except on the hiking trail. It's too heavy for that, IMHO...besides, i use a reservoir. Another drawback is that this size won't fit in my car cup holder. The ocean blue color is beautiful. It does scratch and dent, but not very easily; these little nicks will only add character. I look forward to many many years with my kleen kanteen. a great bottle!

Ok for day to day,
I find the bottle opening a little to wide. I have to stop walking etc. to drink, otherwise will spill water. May need to get the "Sports cap". I love the 40 ounce size though, wish there was a larger one. But it is a lot heavier than the Nalgene plastic bottles. I find that I have to clean it a lot more often than the Nalgene plastic bottles, otherwise you get that funny taste. Reminds me of the canteen of my "boy Scout" days
