keeps me dry and blocks the wind nicely yet is fairly breathable. The neck gasket was literally choking me to death when i tried it on. Little trip someone told me...stick a 2 or 3L soda bottle in it as a form and just let it sit for a few days...made all the difference for me. Still not the most comfortable thing in the world but i no longer feel like i'm going to pass out while wearing it. I've worn it up to 3 hours with no problem other than very slight discomfort.

poor quality
I ordered this product thinking it would be like my last paddle jacket from kokatat, I was wrong. This jacket is made of thin plastic style fabric and I could see how it would wear out sooner rather than later. If your into wearing something that smells and feels like a plastic bag than this is your product. Otherwise go else where...........try again kokatat, we want better quality.
(Also the color I ordered which was blue looked more purple)

Great Dry top, Dry And Warm
I was a little worried about how tight neck gasket was, but after stretching it out over night it fit fine. First time I swam in March I was glad I spent a little more to get a quality Dry Top. Fits well with plenty of room to make all my paddling strokes effortless.

Good Stuff!
The first thing that struck me about this dry top was the fit. There is absolutely no restriction of movement, definitely a well designed product. The neck gasket did require trimming but all the gaskets are still extremely dry.

This is an awesome product! Was a little worried about spending this much money on a dry top, but after one use it was worth every penny! The gaskets are nice and snug to prevent leakage, they also hold in air to add flotation to you! If you've ever swam a class 5, flotation is good! Great product! Would definitely recommend this top!

Great product. Well tested in sub-40 water.
I bought this Drytop for cold water paddling in the NE. Specifically, I am learning to paddle a surf ski so am spending a decent amount of time swimming. This top works great and is a really great fit. I did have to trim the nect gasket a bit to accomodate my neck size but that was it. The fit does not constrain my stroke as the back, chest and underarm seems cut well. It is also not 'baggy' as some tops tend to be. Gaskets are good quality and watertight, even when trimmed a touch for size. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay warm and dry on the water.

Awesome Jacket - Love it!
I love this jacket, I was unsure of which to get (NRS, Kokatat, extrasport, exc.) but after reading a lot of reviews on the internet I found that Kotatat had the best feedback from people. I considered the Rogue but went with the Helix many for the price and good words I read about it's quality. I've used a hand full of times and am very pleased. Fit is great (I'm 6'0 - 155 medium build) and got a MED. Keeps me completely dry roll after roll. Highly recommend.
