I have a narrow foot and heel and carry a 40lb pack. These boots were great! The break in period was nearly non existent!

I recently purchased a pair of La Sportive Storm GTX for women. They were great right out of the box. The ankle support is superb and the overall fit is excellent. The staff at Altrec was very helpful to make sure I got the right fit.
My boots arrived in less than a week which was good news since I really needed them in a hurry.
La Sportiva truly makes a great boot!

This is a well-made boot with great construction and good ankle support. My only issue is that I have bony ankles and the seam rubs my ankle bones.
