Not So Impressive
February 04, 2012
This isn't Lowa's best boot. It doesn't fit the same, as do their other boots, namely the Tibet Pro, which is my favorite boot. Although this boot is light and technical, red may not be the most appropriate color for everyone. I had to return it because of the color, but otherwise it is a great boot.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: Wears quicklyDid you recently buy the LOWA Vajolet GTX Mountaineering Boot? Write a review.
Good lighter boot

This boot is a bit lighter than other boots, butkeeps to the rigid sole and support in good fashion. The boot is not as waterproof as I would like, but to keep them going, I use a spray waterproofer after most hikes that go thru stream or snow. It is only the toe tips that have gotten wet in stream activities. THe boot is comfortable and good for those with feet a bit narrower as they can be tightened up more so at the ankles.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: better toe waterproofingLOWA Men's Vajolet GTX Mountaineering Boot Photo
