The Lucky Bums Switchback 18L Backpack for Kid's is a dual purpose pack that serves well on the trail and in the schoolyard. The 18 liter capacity pack has all the features of a trail pack including plenty of storage compartments, padded air flow back panel, moisture wicking shoulder strap with integrated safety whistle, and durable 600D Honeycomb Nylon Ripstop with PU Coating. For the schoolyard the pack has the durability to handle the drops, drags, and dribbles plus an internal organizer to hold pens, pencils, and assorted supplies for the classroom. impressive product

I bought two of these backpacks for my 4 and 6 year old kids birthdays, and while they haven't used them yet, I wanted to say how impressed I am with the quality of these items! There is a lot of padding, an opening for a hydration pack, and the size is great. I can't wait to take them hiking and camping with them. :)
