Really like this harness... Had a few people try it on. It was a good fit for a range of sizes. Fast to get on and off as well. We also really liked the sweet colors too with the blue and green together. Buy it and enjoy!

I was looking to replace my Black Diamond Alpine Bod purely because it was at least 12 years old (prudent safety due diligence), not because it showed wear that would compromise safety. I also wanted a more classic rock harness with belay loop, since i'd be teaching new climbers to belay, etc, and wanted a harness that would match theirs for belay procedure, tying in, etc. Because I'm tall-ish, slim-ish and straight (5'8", size 2 pants, 37" hips, no butt, 29-30" waist, 20" thighs), I wanted a small harness that fit waist, rise and thighs without a ton of extra webbing to flap in the breeze, and one whose proportions matched me well. I tried several womens harnesses in Small and XS, and hung off a rope in them at a store. This was the only XS that, when adjusted to be comfortable standing upright, did not present a huge gap at the waist when hanging. So, ladies who are actually tiny, may want to give this a try. (Note: I have basically no room to grow in the waist in this harness, if I want the padded ends of the waist belt to meet when I tighten the strap.) Another feature important to me was an easy drop seat, so I wouldn't have to undo the waist belt or untie from a rope to drop my pants for the call of nature. This harness is not only easy to unhook the elastic in the back that holds the leg loops, but more critically and uniquely, it's easy to RE-HOOK (blind, by feel, because it's in the back) when done. Though some experts prefer non-adjustable leg loops (assuming you can find a good fit), I love how quick and easy this is to adjust the leg loops and the "automatically double backed" waist belt. This means I can quickly loosen all three straps to take the harness off, and tighten them all (I like a close fit) with a quick pull of the straps after I put it on. This will make it easy to fit over winter gear too, without a lengthy adjustment of a double-backed strap and buckle. It's plenty comfortable hanging, but (i) I found the plain-webbing Alpine Bod plenty comfortable too, and (ii) I just don't do long hangs or hanging belays, so I haven't tested it to that extent. Other reviewers, elsewhere, were impressed with it's reasonably light weight and 'cool' design for hot sweaty situations, but I'm not sure I have much to compare it to for wick-ability, etc. My cherry colored one is attractive without being flashy -- good not to look like a tool with my old-school crowd ;-)
