Not Bad...
The gloves aren't bad for skiing. Warm and comfortable. Only complaint is they are not very breathable.

a good hard working glove
OK this is not the prettiest glove made but it is durable. I agree that there should be a bit more preform on the gloves but I have not had any real issues. The sizing is a bit strange for Marmot gloves and they do tent to tun a bit to the small end of the sizes keep that in mind when buying.

Marmot Exum Work Glove
This is a pretty nice, mid-weight, all-purpose winter glove. The fleece lining is really quite warm and the leather is vary pliable (from being thin), but you can tell the leather is not of the highest quality. I don't look for negatives, but I couldn't help being bothered by the fact the fit between the two hands were inconsistent, especially with the length of the index fingers on both gloves being considerably longer than a normal glove or hand. In fact, the index finger on the right glove was actually longer than the middle finger or a full inch longer than the index finger on my hand, while the other fingers fit fine. I chaulk that up to non-USA manufacturing and poor quality control which I had read is an issue with this glove. As for performance, I use them for walking at a brisk pace in no lower than 20 degree temps and I am very satisfied. They will also be used for driving and outdoor chores. Overall, at a 20% discounted price, this glove is so far a decent purchase. I will provide an update another day as to their durability and functionality while I continue looking for a really top-notch mutli-purpose glove for temps in the 10 degree to 25 degree range.

fit
I found the glove sizes to run a little small. Best to go up one size when ordering.
