Solid warmth for a light jacket

I bought this jacket for backpacking around Wyoming. I wanted something that would keep me warm at night, but be light enough and compact enough to throw in my backpack during the day. I was definitely looking for a down jacket based on these two factors. The Ares fit the bill. Weighs in right around a pound and can even be packed into its own pocket for storage. Perfect warmth for late spring/summer/early fall high in the mountains. The colors give it a sweet retro look.
