great lightweight bag
August 14, 2011
When I first got this bag I thought " How can something this light keep me warm?" Well, after 6 nights in 30* weather, I've only had to zip it up once, and that was in foggy, damp weather while sleeping in just my boxers and a t-shirt. The bag stays dry, packs down to almost nothing, and the material feels great. I've seen almost no down loss (2 little feathers). Pricey, but well worth it. If you are a cold sleeper you might want to go with the plasma 15* for some extra warmth, but so far I haven't needed it. Snug fit, but plenty of room for my 5-9, 180lb frame. All in all a great bag to lighten your load without sacrificing comfort and warmth.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, lightweight, packs small, Cons: Cost
