The only jacket you´ll need
August 19, 2009

I bought this jacket because I was fed up with dragging heavy jackets around during the long winter time. I love how this jacket is stylish, warm, portable and light!! you can turn it into a little package by packing it into the inner pocket, and you are ready to hit the road!

Ama love it
December 04, 2010

This jacket comes as advertised. It fits true to size, it is very warm and water proof. I love the hood and how lightweight it is. The only thing I could possibly complain about and this is not really a complaint is that the jacket is much more shiny in person than it is in the picture. I thought it would be more of a matte green. That being said, I like the color, I was just suprised at the difference and I wanted others to know this. Overall, this is a great jacket.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use
Comfort: 5 / 5

warm!
June 15, 2011

I love this coat. I ride my bike to work EVERY day year round. I leave for work in the dark in the mornings. Colorado mornings are COLD. Finally I have found a down coat that looks good and stylish and keeps me warm. This is the coat i have been waiting for. It fits well, looks good and works hard. I love the hood and the inside zip pocket. On really cold days a sweater fits comfortably underneath.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Great value

very nicely made, very warm for the weight. Citronelle color was too bright in person and the style just wasn't what i wanted.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great value

Very Pleased

I was looking for a small, packable down jacket, and this one had everything I wanted. It's very warm, packs down small, and the fleece-lined pockets are awesome. The only thing that concerns me is the outer material doesn't seem particularly durable, but I guess only time will tell.

Great Gift!

I received as a Christmas present and love this coat. I wanted a very warm jacket that was not too poofy and this is perfect. Warm without the bloated look of most puffy coats. and it has a hood and super warm pockets and nice fit. Also I am petite and this coat is not too long.

Girlfriend LOVES it!
January 04, 2011

I bought this for my girlfriend (who just moved to Alaska) and she absolutely loves it. The color, the fit, everything. The pockets are lined with a very soft material and the 'honeycomb' like stitching seems to keep all the down in perfect position and keeps it more feminine. It's not too 'poofy' so you won't look like a Stay-Puffed Marshmallow woman in it.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use

Litest and warmest year around jacket
April 10, 2011

Its my second Ama Dablam in 3 years - i love, love, love that jacket and wear it year around here, on Pacific NW. Its the warmest and litest thing i ever had. There are a two negatives i have discovered - it is not waterproof nor it is dogproof (slightest scratch will damage the material) though it is still my favorite and most usefull jacket of all.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Cons: not waterproof, not scratchproof
