Power Stretch

This jacket is meant to be tight - that's why I got it. But it's really pretty tight. I'm 5ft. 3in., weigh 115 lbs. and wear a size 32B bra. I wear extra small in most of Columbia and North Face tops/jackets. It's fine on it's own, but when I tried to put the Extra Small on over a base layer to see, it was pretty tight. Just condsider that you might want to go up a size if you want to wear something under it. Very nice jacket though.
