Overpriced Velour Jacket
March 22, 2011
Ok, this is a very soft, nice-looking jacket. However, it is extremely lightweight and is probably only useful for layering. The product picture makes it appear bulkier than it is. It feels just like a basic, thin velour jacket. I know it is not velour, but the fleece is so closely sheared, that it looks and feels like velour, not fleece. Definitely not worth the price.
Pros: Build quality, Cons: CostSuper soft hoody

I love the feel of this jacket. Lightweight and oh so soft!! The velvet trim really adds to the look.
Softest Coat On The Market
December 21, 2010
I bought this for my wife for an early Christmas present for our trip to Colorado for some snowboarding. Pros for this coat would be that it's super warm, keeps the wind off your bones and the softest jacket that she has ever worn. The only con is that it fits fairly tight on the arms even in an XL size. Other than that this is a very fine jacket by Marmot.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: fits tight on the armsLove all Marmot jackets.

I love the fit of all Marmot jackets, regardless of style. From now on I'll only buy their jackets, whatever the sport.
Perfect Hoodie!

A Christmas gift for our daughter who coveted a friend's Marmot hoodie. The fit is attractive - velvet seam trim accentuates the feminine fit, so it's not boxy. Very cuddly and is warm enough to be outside in our mild NW winter. It's been a great layering piece during cold snaps. Mom wants one too!
Pros: Great design, Build qualityMarmot Women's Solitude Hoodie Photo
