Utilizing GORE-TEX®'s best softshell technologies, the Super Hero offers maximum soft shell protection with minimal weight.
Great quality, cutely fitted, versitile jacket!
Definately a snug, athletic fit. Sleeve length was perfect (so many are too long these days)as I am 5'6". Very good quality. Hood is nice size and quality, not just a cheap little stow away like I expected. Overall I am very pleased.
So far, so good!
I have worn this jacket skiing and out for long walks in the cold, and so far, so good. On the really cold (single digits or sub-zero) days, I would probably still wear one of my insulated jackets, but this one does the trick in anything short of extremely frigid weather.
Wore it for a day of skiing at Snowmass in cold temps (ambient high in the teens, with strong breezes) and was plenty warm with a couple of layers underneath. Loved the breathability in the *pits.* Also liked the stretch and flexibility. Shed water/snow very well.
Fit is great. Not at all bulky, and trim, but roomy enough for necessary layers. Like the stash-able hood as well.
Some might find the collar too high, but I found it perfect for tucking in my chin to get it out of the wind.
All in all a great purchase. I have mostly bought Cloudveil recently, and this stands up to the quality of their softshells, while having a very different look.
Class product, comfort and style as promised
My Marmot jacket arrived sooner than expected; well-packaged. The jacket is as it appeared on the website.
