I am so new to hiking that most of my free time is spent reading reviews, researching and talking to salespeople. I am in college and on a budget. I was told by a salesperson that this sleeping bag would fit my budget and it was the best for my money when it comes to synthetic bags, they were right!!! The compression sac that is comes with it is GREAT and it makes the sleeping bag so small in my pack. I sleep warm so this is perfect. I do get hotter when the lows at night aren't that low, but I just open up the sleeping bag and it's a perfect temperature. I am 5'5 at 135lbs and I fit perfectly into the sleeping bag with room to spare so that I can roam around in the bag at night. What I mean by this is that I tend to drift down into the bag naturally as I sleep and it allows me to do that with room to spare comfortably. Also the glow in the dark zipper made it very easy to see at night, even after I took my glasses off and couldn't see that well anymore! Lastly, I really enjoyed being able to zip it up to my boyfriends sleeping bag so we could cuddle and it was still very roomy and comfortable. To sum up my review: Excellent bag,very comfortable, keeps my temperature perfect on colder nights and roomy!
