Waxy, water repellant leather uppers stand out with style, and stand up to cold with multiple thermal features: fleece lining, 200 grams of PrimaLoft® insulation, ColdProof™ Ortholite® insulating footbed and an ActiveHeat™ reflective insole buried inside high-performance cushioning and support. Siped soles with 5 mm lugs and durable, secure lacing over a bellows tongue give you top to bottom comfort and control.

Their high quality and good comfort is what I expect from Merrell. Fit runs true. While I haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability, previous experience with Merrell is exceptional. For a lined winter boot they're also quite light. I couldn't be more pleased with them.
