I'm 66 years old and have worn lots of different shoes - that is, I USED to wear lots of different shoes. then I discovered Jungle Mocs. That was about 8 years ago and I have never, EVER, purchased or worn another shoe since putting these on. In fact, I have Altrec ship them to me two at a time. Why two? Because I wear one to be messy in since I live rurally, and need a shoe that can handle rain and mud without getting my feet wet, and, the other for dressing up, which even guys who live in the countryside get to do from time to time. the shoe is always made the same high quality. It is always comfortable. It always lasts and lasts (I don't really need to buy new ones, but I like them so much I do buy them. Call me Jungle Moc Man!) that's it. If you try one and don't like it, trade in your feet!!! It's not the shoe. I mean it.

I bought these shoes for my brother for Christmas to replace the pair he had. He absolutely loves these thes shoes. His last pair lasted 5 yrs. They have held up well, I was just ready to see a fresh pair on his feet! :-)

Merrill is one of the few manufacturers who offer wide widths. Experience has given me the confidence to buy their shoes without having to try them on first. As long as they keep making… I'll keep buying.

I purchased for my husband, he had never worn Merrell shoes and was not sure about them - and...now he is absolutely sure - he cannot wait for more to arrive!! He wears them in the rain, to walk or play in the park with the dog, and loves them so much he wears them to work! " These are the best shoes ever". Now my gift giving is so much easier!

I'm never tying my shoes again and both me and my feet could never be happier. These shoes fit very well, are very comfortable and look nice. This is the second pair that I have purchased, so I am a repeat customer. I recommend these to anyone and everyone.

My husband loves these shoes - and says so every time he wears them. The first time he wore them they fit perfectly so there was no "breaking in" period. He likes the fact that they are easy to get on (he has Alzheimer's and was having increasing difficulty with shoelaces). He says that they feel like slippers. The colors are good and using an old toothbrush and a little water, they clean up very easily. I cannot think of any con.

I order at least two, maybe three pairs of Jungle Mocs per year. At 6' 3" and 230 pounds, it is a great shoe for my need to insert an orthodic. There is no beak in period. A great product!

I have purchase many pairs of these Moc shoes over the years from the Merrill brand and have found them to be consistently excellent. The last a long time and the sizes always fit just like they should. This new color "Fudge" is really nice, goes with almost everything I own.

Merrell mocs are the best. These were an upgrade to my last pair I bought six years ago. Much improved design on the throat making them easier to put on.

My job demands I be on my feet 8 hours a day. Jungle Moc's provide the comfort and support which I need. And for those rare 'sit down' moments, they are easily removed. Highly recommended!

I agree with all the positive reviews here. I was happy with my Merrell hiking boots, but had doubts about if they could also pull off a casual dress shoe. But I liked my first so much that I purchased another pair in a different color. I love their versatility. They are just dressy enough to wear while I'm teaching, but super comfortable. The best thing is they are super easy to get on and off. I fly a lot, so they are the perfect shoe for security checks. I also like to do light hikes after work. I wouldn't wear these on rugged terrain, but they have enough grip to wear for light hiking. Overall, highly recommended versatile and comfortable shoes.

This is the second pair of Jungle Mocs that I have bought for my husband. For all intents and purposes, he has worn out the first. He likes them because they come in width sizing, they fit well, and he can wear them around the house, around town, or to the office. He finds them extremely comfortable. I would throw the old ones out but they have been relegated to painting and outdoor chores. They're a great multipurpose shoe.

This is my third pair of Jungle Mocs and I have worn out every pair I have had. These are the most comfortable all around shoes I have every worn. I have a heel problem, yet these shoes keep me comfortable all day long. I wear them at work and play. I would recommend them to anyone, especially runners.

I was looking for something comfortable and supportive for work and everyday use. The fit of the upper and sole of the shoe hit the mark on both points. But unfortunately, for me, it seemed too hot; I need something more breathable. I think it is the combination of the microfleece lining and leather upper that heats things up for this shoe. Although I will be returning these because they do not suit my needs, I am not inclined to deduct a star, as the quality was otherwise quite nice. As I've mentioned, it seems very supportive and has tons of cushioning, both qualities I look for in a shoe. I should also mention that they look nice and seem to have great traction. They also seem as though they would be very durable over time. If you do not have issues with your feet getting too hot, I think you will love the Merrell Jungle Moc. Happy trails!

I love the Jungle Moc shoes. Unfortunately, I suffer from Plantar's Fascitis and these shoes help my feet so much!! The way they slip on and off so easily is another plus...

I am impressed with the comfort of these shoes. They are very supportive and offer plenty of cushioning to absorb the shock of heel strike. Good value for the price. My only criticism is that the fit is too loose. My foot fits most medium width shoes comfortably. There is something about the fit of the Jungle Moc that feels too loose to me. The length is correct. The fit at the arch is loose. I've owned other slip on shoes that fit more snugly around my foot. I've owned other Merrell shoes and found the fit to be great. This is my first Merrell slip on and I can't wear it unless I am wearing thick socks.

I bought the Jungle Mocs as a gift for my husband. This is the first item that I have purchased which he has asked that I buy him a second pair in a different color! He absolutely loves the comfort of these shoes! He stands on his feet over 8 hours a day and has worn these constantly since receiving them! The construction quality of Merrell is outstanding, as well as the durability of the shoe material. The fit was true to size. The ease of actually putting the shoes is great and so convenient. We received great prompt service from Altrec and look forward to purchasing more items!

This is my second pair of Jungle Mocs. My first pair are at least 7 years old. I wear one or the other at least everyday. Having feet that have bone degeneration, they are the only comfortable shoes I have. Thanks to Merrill for their quality.

These continue to be great shoes. Before Merrells I would often come back from an assignment with my feet sore and tired. These shoes changed everything. They provide great support, they are durable and they come in size 15!

I find these to be some of the best shoes I have ever had. Now that I am older and my feet are more tender, a shoe like this is just the ticket for me. They seem to last well on the outside, and I wear out the inside first! I will keep buying this shoe as long as they make it.

I bought a pair a year ago for myself and loved them. This year I bought a pair for my hard to satisfy Dad and he hasn't taken them off. They are comfortable and supportive. I choose to wear mine only in the house, but I know the vibrum soles would be great outside, too.

Finally, a leisure shoe that fits my old squashed out feet right out of the box. I had never had a pair of Merrell shoes before, but when an electrician friend of mine showed up with a pair and said that they were the most comfortable shoes he had ever put on, I had to try a pair of Jungle Mocs. A bit pricier than the Hushpuppies I had been wearing, but light-years ahead in quality. They also seem to have much more support than most low cut shoes, and the handy loops at the back heel end make putting them on a breeze. The build quality appears to be very good, and attention to detail is evident. The only criticism that I have does not involve the shoe itself, but the excessive amount of packaging and double-boxing for shipping. This is not a fragile item. Perhaps the nice folks here could learn from the people at another merchant who allows their customers minimal "frustration Free" packing as an alternate choice. In conclusion, this will not be my last shoe purchase of the Merrell brand.

I don't have to wear dress shoes to work. I just keep replacing my shoes with the same one year after year. I am hard on shoes and the wide version of the Jungle Moc fits my foot perfectly. So many shoes do not come in wide sizes. I am very glad this one does.

I finally wore out my first pair of Merrells after some very hard usage. I rarely wear out any of my shoes, but these jungle mocs are my favorite shoes to wear all year long. My new jungle mocs are immediately just as comfortable as my old pair, so I expect to give them the same hard use. Thanks for making a great product.

I love these Mocs. I broke my back in 5 places in a motorcycle accident so any shoe that I can find that eases that stress on my back I cherish. The only thing that is annoying is the squeak from the heel of the right shoe. I have noticed all of my Merrells do this though so I guess it is just how they are made.
