Men's Moab Hiking shoes
April 04, 2013
Great hiking shoes...very comfortable and solid tracker for dry and wet environment. Have purchased two of these in the past year. They do run small so a step up in size fits perfect. Would recommend this shoe to any outdoor or city person.
Pros: solid low cut hiker, Cons: runs smallAlready own the Merrell Moab Waterproof Hiking Shoes? Tell us your thoughts.

Great all around shoes - comfortable!

I initially bought these shoes for day hiking, but discovered that they were very comfortable for travel and casual wear too. Very good traction, good looking, light weight, just right for day hiking; not enough stiffness for backpacking though - always use boots for backpacking. No warm spots or blisters to date. They also haven't developed any issues like some other shoes that I've owned like these. Really can't go wrong with the Merrell Moab.
Pros: comfortable - great tractiion - light weight, Cons: none to dateDid you recently buy the Merrell Moab Waterproof Hiking Shoes? Write a review.
really like the low cut

I have the moab mid height hikers. I wanted to give the shoes a try. They are very comfortable and breath so much more than the mid hikers espeically during the summer, likely because the low cut allow for more ventilation. Otherwise, still the same comfortable fit and good durability. The Vibram soles are very reliable. I'm thinking of picking up another color soon.

Merrell always seems to make a great product and they've done it again. I am just breaking these hiking shoes in now, but they are truly comfortable and give very nice support on the foot. Like my other Merrell products these are keepers!
Pros: great fit, comfortable, Cons: so farMoab Delight

Another exceptional Merrell product. I am completely satisfied with my Moab Waterproof Hikers. I am on my feet 6-12 hrs. daily at work and the support these shoes provide is exceptional. My satisfaction is being able to purchase a shoe that not only fits my foot length but also width. No longer necessary to increase size to have proper width.
Pros: color choice, width choice, value, Cons: noneWise purchase

At first, the price held me back. I am fortunate that I followed through. This is a well-constructed, high quality, attractive shoe. It surprised me as to how lightweight the shoes are. Living and working in the Pacific NW we get TONS of wet days. You wouldn't even know it with this shoe. The size is true to the description. This shoe is so comfortable I find myself wearing it even when dry outside. One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I'm hooked on Merrell now.

This is my 5th pair of Merrells but my first pair of Moabs, and I can't believe I waited this long to get a pair! they are on par with my 1st generation Chameleons in terms of comfort for extended wear, be it standing on concrete for 10 hours or working in scrub desert for 3--4 days... excellent shoes and well worth what I paid.
