i feel like this a is a great product for warming up and stretching your fingers but not necessarily strengthening your hands/fingers. now the only reason i say that is because the amount of resistance is not that strong
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: low resistance levelThe tool no climber should be without.

I developed lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and was suffering for weeks until my eye-opening introduction to the Metolius GripSaver Plus Hand Trainer. With specific and brief daily work, the GripSaver Plus decreased both my forearm and elbow pain and rebuilt my crimping strength. I wondered how I ever got along without it. The Metolius GripSaver boosts morale and builds motivation.
Pros: Great design, Ease of use, Great valuewrist saver

I like this little ball, not only for climbing purposes but for injuries also. I have bad wrists and using this really helped me out. The different little stretches are easy but once you get into a rhythm and use it a ton it becomes a handy tool to prevent injury or help recover. this ball comes in different strengths- easy, medium and hard. I have the medium and like the tension it gives, not too much and not too little. If I were trying to strengthen and not repair I think i would opt for the hard instead. very handy tool.
Pros: Performance, Ease of use, Great value, great for wrist injuriesMetolius GripSaver Plus Hand Trainer Photo
