Pros: Build quality, Ease of useintermediate or above level

I purchased these after I had purchased the stationary rock version which is mounted to the wall. I used a couple of caribiners and a rope and hung the rock rings below our second story balcony and have found them to be excellent for pull ups when you have your hands on them initially, but are tricky to use when you want to move your hands around while already doing pullups. They are super cool and well constructed but I would not recommend them to a beginner or some one who is just starting to work out.

very happy with veraetile, quality rock rings

I've been very happy with these rings. I have access to large boards with more slopes and angles but I wanted these because they fill in the gaps of my training. They can bolt on or just hang anywhere (trees, poles, overhangs, large nails, etc.), so they are almost always usable. Their small size makes them extremely portable (backpacks, airplanes, hang over your shoulder), so I never have to go without. And then they have enough good pockets that I'm really not missing out on any exercises. They construction is solid, too, and it comes with a little instruction sheet with a workout routine, so I really couldn't ask for much more. You won't be disappointed. Kudos, Metolius.
Great Workout

These rock rings are solid, easy to set up anywhere, and provide for some great workouts. I use them as much as possible when I can't get out to Joshua Tree, and they help keep my conditioning up where it should be.
