Great board for cross-training during the winter months or when you can't make it to the gym on a regular schedule. The wood isn't too rough on the hands so can be used frequently. It also looks great mounted above my door. Warning: Make sure to mount above a door with plenty of clearance on the left and right (for wide grip elbow-out holds), and to mount it on the outside of the door frame so the door doesn't get in the way. Mounting can be a little tough, and may require a supplemental mounting board.. My board did arrive with a piece of the top having broken off - hence the quality rating of 3 - but a little wood glue seems to have fixed the problem.Pros: Great design

This product is awsome. I have only had it for a few weeks and everytime I use it I can feel the muscles being worked. I would recomend this to anyone.
