This is the second jacket I have purchased for my daughter, after she out grew the first. I tend to buy a few sizes up to try to get more use out of them. The fleece is thick and very washable. The overall construction is very durable. I like molehill because of the hood design. The elastic band around the face keeps the hood on during play, it truly covers her head. Most of the time she prefers it to a hat. If you are a multiple child family molehill products are made to last and will make great hand-me-downs. This jacket does not have a lining so I tend to layer it under a rain coat during wet or windy conditions.

I love this little hooded fleece jacket on my son. He's a little on the small side when it comes to sizing, but seems super comfortable and happy in the jacket, able to run and move, and with room to grow. I got him the red one and the color is adorable.
