I am a long time fan of Montrail trail running sneakers. The last model I was this excited about was the Hurricaine Ridge XCR. I ended up purchasing about 10 pair. I found the AT Plus to be even more stable, just as cushioned, and the fit is right on. I have a flat foot and a narrow heel but wider forefoot. The higher arch is a major plus. I keep one pair in my club locker and have been using them for both Zumba & Kickboxing classes. I can leap high and know I will land square. The multi-directional movements pose no problems as do typical running shoes. As for running, I have hit the dirt roads & trails running with great traction and all the aforementioned cushion and stability. I can work out with confidence and comfort once again.

They feel a full size big, and wide. I'm goiing to try a smaller size, but they might still be too wide. And why must they make women's shoes in such ugly colors? NO pink, PLEASE!
