I love it!!!
I love it. It's very good for 1 week trip. And also it has a lot of pocket and room for my laptop, lunch box, eye-glasses, pen, cell phone, etc.
I really love it so far......

Great ventilation and comfort. A bit small.
The "Cool Wave" support panel is great. Allows sideways flexibility while keeping pack stable. Assortment of interior and exterior pockets provide ample places to stash and separate small items like sunglasses, MP3 player and hat. The laptop pocket is of questionable usefulness. I find the strap on laptop pocket gets hooked easily when trying to load large items into the main compartment. I may just cut off the strap.
The overall quality is very good. For my personal use I am constantly struggling to fit my daily items into this bad. Seems a little smaller than spec'd volume (31L) suggests. I don't have any way to accurately measure the volume, so this is totally subjective.
As a daily commuter bag I normally carry a packable rain jacket, soft lunch cooler (10" x 7" x 5"), water bottle (20oz) and thermos (16oz) in the main space. And I have to really push to get those items in there without my laptop. With my laptop (15") in there, the bag is totally maxed out. My old Lowe bag was spec'd at 40L and I can fit the fully packed Enterprise inside it plus my laptop with room to spare.
I am opting for a larger bad to commute with. Don't know why manufacturers seem to have settled on 25 - 30L as the optimum volume for laptop / daypacks. Having to cram and stretch to get daily use items in is annoying. I would rather have a little extra space.

Great pack for everyday use!
I was looking for something to use both at work and on the weekend. After trying out maybe 10-12 different models/and brands at all price points, I settled on the Enterprise. Not the cheapest of the bunch but this pack has everything you need for the daily commute to work to a quick trip out of town on the weekend, to a short hike.
Has tons of pockets, enough space in the padded computer sleeve for a 15 inch lappy in a carry case, and perfect for an Ipad/tablet or netbook (nice touch with the snap closure on the computer sleeve). Plenty of room for all your "stuff" (Ipods, smartphone, camera, folders, sungalsses, everyday stuff)
I also love the little metal and plastic shafts that act as zipper pulls, very ingenuis. Has pockets outside for water bottles and a (ableit flimsy) weight belt.
Most importantly, its comfortable to wear, which is one of the most vital attributes to a good pack. Plus it's Mountain Hardwear so you know it's going to last. Again it's not the cheapest pack out there but for the money it's worth it.

Great for a trip
I bought this backpack to take on a safari and also to use on yearly vacations in which we take along our laptop, as well as a set of clothes for each of us in case of lost luggage. This has a large area to hold clothes, as well as a well padded large laptop area capable of holding up to a 17 in laptop. Also has a number of nice pockets for electronics and a soft spot for sunglasses. Also has 2 water bottle pockets...definitely a winner!!!

Great Daypack
This pack is everything I was looking for. Good carrying capacity, lots of packets, water bottle pockets, and very comfortable straps( something my previous pack was "sorely lacking")
I use it to carry my "stuff" to work, but I am sure it is going to be a great trail pack too.

Overall, the product is very good. Accessibility to the storage compartment is very easy. It can hold decent amount of clothes and books. The shoulder straps are very comfortable. Its a great backpack. I would recommend it.

Great travel bag
I've been looking around for a good size backpack for traveling. This backpack is nicely padded for laptops up to 15" (maybe even bigger but mine is 15") and the great thing about this is all the different sized compartments. It's fantastic for a carry-on bag and traveling.
I'd highly recommend it.

Great choice for laptop
I hemmed and hawed for some time before deciding to purchase a bag for my laptop, but finally chose this one. It holds my 15" MacBook Pro beautifully, is well constructed, comfortable on the back and clearly will double as a great bag for skiing, hiking, etc. It is only in the last 6 months I began purchasing Mountain Hardwear products, but they are clearly worth the investment. So far is a rock solid pick for my computer!!

nice computer bag
I got this bag for my son when he went to college- he picked it out! He needed a secure bag to comfortably carry a laptop around. He is very happy with it; he's had no complaints; the styling is great as well as the function. It fits books as well without being bulky. We expect it to last!

Great bag for travel
Love the bag!! Love the new 2010 design and color. I needed a bag with lots of compartments for travel and something that could carry my 10" Netbook. This bag had lots of compartments and was fantastic while traveling. I highly recommend it.

My favorite work backpack so far
This backpack is great. Two Nalgene bottles fit great in the side pockets. The side straps work great to run through the lid straps to ensure they stay in place when riding a motorcycle. Great pockets for all your stuff. The zippers are sturdy and the overall construction is great. Great travel backpack!

Great computer bag, very comfortable
I have been trough SO MANY computer bags over the last few years. Some break, some turn out not to work well (too heavy as a messenger bag, uncomfortable backpack, not enough storage, too big, etc), and some I just get tired of quickly. I have had this bag for over a year now and still love it! I carry a 15.4" MBP (inside a Built NY sleeve), extra battery, external drive, BT mouse, cables and adapters for most any situation, card readers, and a few magazines. This remains comfortable to carry and still had enough room for me to roll and stuff my Gore Tex hardshell in it the other day. Only 2 minor complaints, I have a hard time keeping larger water bottles in the elastic pockets, any thing over about 20 oz or so just wants to shoot right out. The other complaint is about how the sternum strap connects to the harness. It is a plastic attachment that slides up and down a "rail" built into the shoulder straps. If you tug too hard on the sternum strap, the little clip will pop right off the rail. It is a real pain in the neck to get the clip back on the rail. It does not happen much, twice in a year, still very annoying when it does.

Great quality and versatile backpack
This was an early birthday gift for my daughter. The quality of this backpack is great. The pack works nicely with her 16" Sony Vaio laptop. She especially loves all the compartments and the supporting straps. I am sure she will have many years of use and would recommend this to anyone looking for a pack that can accommodate your every need. It looks great too.

Loved this backpack
I received this backpack for Christmas and it is perfect for college. I needed a place for my laptop and there is still plenty of room for my books.

Nice bag well constructed
Overall the bag is above average, I bought it because it had the removable waist strap, the cell phone holder is form fitting for my nokia cell phone. Good organization compartment. Bags really depend on what your carrying around and what you do on a daily basis. There are times what one bag will work and be a 5 and then times when the same bag is a 3. I wanted to like this bag however there are a few things I did not like. The straps came together too close for my comfort, the laptop holder was for a clunky 17" and not sleek and form fitting to my 15" MBP.

Was the way to go
It's just what I was looking for, had a dedicated spot for my laptop and is pretty comfortable to boot. I just went back to college after 40 years so that part is a big deal to me.

Great Traveling Laptop Backpack
Replaced my heavy laptop roller bag with this one to make it easier on my back when running through the airport. Lots of room for my 15 inch Thinkpad and for files as well. Good padding and fits comfortably. I looked at the North Face backpacks, but I liked the suspended laptop sleeve and it was on sale for a great price from Altrec. Mountain Hardware quality is very good.

Love Mountain Hardware
Needed a laptop backpack for traveling and am very happy with the purchase. I love all the pockets and padding. I'm not using this for classes and books but will use it for my laptop and multiple files plus a book. I am very happy with the purchase!!!!

Great for taking your office with you to anywhere
I've had this for a few days and I amazed on how well thought-out this backpack is. The two front packets are of a different size and function where the right one has a key clip and a little inside pocket, and the left pocket goes all the way to the other side under the right pocket so that you can stuff a small paperbook or airline tickets, etc. The next compartment area has a large mesh bag attached to the front part to place many small loose items. And then there's the other pockets were one of these is fleeced on the inside and it's a perfect size for reading glasses or an ipod nano. Then there's three slots for pens and another larger pocket that you can place a good size calculator or regular size ipod. And last but not least, there's the main compartment that has a padded sleeve for your laptop and another sleeve of putting a few small folders in. You also have plenty of room to stuff large books/folders. All and all, the good people of Mountain Hardwear really took there time and made a laptop backpack that provides everything you could want!

Great doing business with Mountain Hardwear
Website is easy to use and the enterprise day pack arrived when expected. Nice to order something on line with no hitches!

Nice addition to laptop daypack class
I've used this for awhile now. The grasshopper color is very pretty and the nylon is soft and light. Holds a lot--computer plus several books or notebooks. Has some nice features: a sleeve on the outside of the computer slot for papers. Computer compartment is large and fairly well padded as these go. Large slash pocket on front is nice, small one is too narrow to be useful for anything but keys. Rubber grab handle and sunglass pocket are great. Mountain Hardwear cut some corners on the shoulder straps and the organizer panel. Not many pockets in the organizer panel and those that exist flop around when loaded with phone and PDA. Perfect size. A little pricey for what you get.
