Just right

These liners are a perfect fit and also work well alone for moderately cold weather. They work well with gloves or mittens and have good dexterity for tying shoelaces, etc.

Pros: Great design, Performance, Ease of use

butter glove liner
January 04, 2010

They are much thinner than the original liners. My son used the original liners for driving gloves & they were thick enough to keep his hands warm, these liners don't keep hands warm while driving.

Light Liner Glove
May 16, 2011

Nice form fitting light liner glove to wear under your ski gloves. Sizing is true and they assist in keeping your hands warm on cold days of skiing. These are not meant to used separately since they will not hold up very well for back country touring or working outdoors.

Pros: warm liner, Cons: Wears quickly

Great light glove
December 30, 2009

Great to wear for light activity in above freezing temps. Love Mountain Hardware's whole Butter line.

I bought these liners for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved them! He placed them under other gloves and they kept his hands warm. These gloves were a great buy!

Super lightweight but super warm!
January 06, 2011

Fits very nicely, not loose nor tight (bought medium, width of palm ~3.5inches) . Bought this pair for my NZ trip's glacier tours as I could operate my cameras without freezing my fingers off when i remove my heavier shell gloves. Worked as i hoped it would, very happy. Wife then used them to keep extended hands from freezing whilst snapping photos with car window down. Car average speed 60kph, outside temp 18 degrees Celsius (hands stuck out for 1-2 mins at a time). The texture (feels as comfy as cotton), lightness, warmth and dexterity was so good she used them for the rest of the trip. Should have bought a pair for her too.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use

Hand Protection
December 06, 2010

I train extensively in winter conditions, and need to protect my hands from cold, wind etc, these glove liners are perfect for winter / cold weather events. When I start a run, usually my hand take the longest to warm up, but with these lines, I can wear them under another pair of heavy gloves, and when I get my body temp up, all I have to do on the run is take the heavy gloves off, and these liners feel great. They are easy to wash and air dry quick. Additionally, they are durable, and will take wear and tear. A must have in your inventory for winter / cold weather activities.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

Great spring ski glove or inner liner for cold day
March 24, 2011

Very good as base layer on really cold days. They fit well under outlayers without trapping misture. They can be used for spring skiing independently, but longevity may be shortened.

Pros: Ease of use, Great value

Good liner
January 11, 2011

I prefer a lightweight ski glove so I wear these as a liner, and they're thin so they're also good for cold mornings at the ticket window because they allow for dexterity. The main drawback is that they don't hold up well carrying skis, etc, so they get holes in them and I replace them every year.

Great insulators, not good solo.
January 29, 2011

These gloves are some of the best liners I've used to date. They add warmth in general and definitely help with blocking wind through an outer pair. I use these under the MHW Guajillo gloves skiing at Big Sky and my hands were sweating in 5 degree weather with some 20mph gusts. The flatlock stiching ( see pictures ) is a great feature as there is not a seam pushing into your skin from pressure from the outer gloves. If you want a pair of driving gloves for cold mornings I don't suggest these, but some of the better liners out there.

Pros: Great design, Performance, Great value

Good glove
December 28, 2009

I bought these liners primarily to wear running in the winter. Above about 20F they're great. Below that my fingers got cold, but I get cold pretty easily and wouldn't expect a glove this light to do that job. I've only worn them a few times, but they feel great and seem well made. The last liner gloves I owned were a cheap polypro knit that snagged easily and unraveled. I can't see that being an issue with these gloves.
