Great buy
September 02, 2011
I've had these pants for a week now and I love them. Very comfortable and flexible. They definitely run small. I'm normally a 32, but ordered a 33 and the pants are snug. Would prefer a button to a snap, but really doesn't bother me overall. Can't speak to the durability as I haven't taken them outside yet.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueMoney well spent

Great pair of pants. Comfortable, well constructed and you just feel good wearing them. These are primarily a weekend casual pair of pants for me. They do seem to run a little on the smaller side so watch out for that. I am a 34/30 in all other brands but these fit a touch snug and slightly long. I know they will stretch with a little time. Not sure if going up a size would have made sense or not.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Cons: runs smallGood, solid pant

Material is a bit stiff, but thick and durable. Reinforced knees. Belt is a little funky but functional. Fits true to size. Should last a long time.

Great Pant

This is the first pair of Mountain Hardwear pants that I have purchased. As far as durability goes, they are on par with Carhartt and made of a very heavy canvas material. I like the belt design and they fir true to size. I would definately recommend them.
Pros: Great design, Build qualityComfortable pants

I love these pants. You can wear them anywhere. The quality is great because the pant material felt sturdy and soft at the same time. The cut and shape of the pants made hiking, climbing, sitting, and resting enjoyable. The articulated knees made bending at the knees pleasing. The built-in belt was a nice feature and didn't fail to do its job. Lastly, the pants look great. I'm really satisfied with these pants. This is my second pair.

I've used this pant for days hike , and have not been disappointed at all. They're comfortable, dry out pretty fast, and light weight. They are also durable. I like it.

Great Pants

These pants run very small. I have a 30 waist and these were very tight. I returned them and ordered the 32 for extra comfort. Everything about these pants is great, if you get the correct fit. Mountain Hardwear makes amazing products.

Great pants -- very rugged. However, they ran small. I'm a 32/32. The waist was a little snug and felt like the inseam was short. Will go with a 34 next
great pants, run small

Great looking pants, but run extremely small. Usually wear a 34,34 and could not get them on. Ordered a 38,34 and still were too small and too short.
Pros: Build quality, Cons: not true to sizeGreat Pants

I use these for rock climbing and hiking. They have exceeded my expectations - they are my favorite pants right now. Very durable, great fit (espcially around the knee), and great price. I bought the 32 waist - 30 inseam and the size is perfect, the pants measure to exactly those dimensions.
Size Counts

While these trousers have yet to be put to the application they were intended for..which is canyoneering...they appear to fit the bill. In that they are cotton, they do stretch after wearing them a short while. Washing does shrink them a little bit, but if I were to order again, I might move down one size in the waist.
