Gloves built tough

I took this out for a two day backpacking trip. Not only did these keep my hands warm but it held up to quite some abuse. Perfect for collecting wood and building a fire. Very comfortable with the heavyduty power stretch material by Mountain Hardware. Debating on getting a second back-up pair since these probably the best gloves Ive purchased before.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueNice warm and light gloves

I really like the snug fitting fit of these gloves which makes for doing most tasks fairly easy with gloves on. The close fitting cuff part is a must have for keeping drafts out. The pinky finger seems to be a little too short and has a seam or something in it which is a little annoying, but overall nice gloves.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of useGood gloves

Relatively warm tight fitting glove allows you to handle small items without taking your gloves off! Good for light outdoor work in the cold but will wear thin over time. I also use them for walking the dog with a retractable leash and have no problem operating the trigger with the gloves on.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useNice Gloves

Men's Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Gloves
July 01, 2011
This is actually my second pair of these gloves. I lost my first pair on a visit to Washington State. I liked them so much I re-purchased the same gloves!! They are a perfect fit for me sung, but stretchy so they're easy to get on or off. They are well made, warm and no apparent flaws in construction. I'm able to easily pick up a coin as the finger tips and palms have some rubbery texture - so gripping is easy!! Since this is my second pair of these gloves - I can definitely recommend them to others!
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Great valueRunning Gloves

Excellent lightweight gloves for running between 35 to 55F. It is light and yet keeps my hands and fingers warm for my early morning run in Spring and Fall. It is wind and water resistant and I would recommend using another glove if the wind is over 15mph or raining. I have used these for 2 years now and a couple of stitches have come off the glove near my index finger but the rest of the glove is still holding up.
Pros: Great design, Performance, Ease of useperfect

These gloves are great for South Dakota winters. They are warm without being bulky, perfect for walks with the dog and trips around town. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a comfortable, non-bulky glove.
Light and warm
February 21, 2013
Close fitting and allows for dexterity. I have noticed a few threads coming loose after only light use, which is not typical for Mountain Hardwear gear so maybe I got a bad pair. Warmth to weight ratio is very good. I have worn these for dog walking in winter temps down to about 25 degrees and they keep my hands warm. Overall a good glove when you need to use your hands in cold weather.
Pros: Great design, PerformanceGreat Gloves!

Just received today. I live in Florida, but will be moving to WA. State soon, so I'm taking advantage of some sales. These gloves appear well constructed, of course they're brand new, but no problems with stitching. The fit is right on!! I'm very happy with them. They do seem a little thin, but then again, my intent is to use them as a liner. Would definitely recommend them!

It's warm and fit for me.

I use the gloves to travel Harbin China when the temperature is around -25 degrees centigrade, the gloves is warm enough. And the the heavyduty power stretch material can fit and close to me.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great valueregular wt with a little extra plastic
May 11, 2009
i've had three pairs of these: 2 x the reg wt and 1 x the hvy wt. the powerstretch is the same thickness for both versions. the only thing about these that is hvy wt is the extra plastic coating on the finger tips and palm. i've had 2 pairs of the regular wt gloves wear out around my nails but those areas aren't coated with the plastic so the point of the extra plastic coating probably isn't to protect against wear. i think the coating is supposed to provide extra grip but the plastic coating is not very sticky so i don't see the point of these gloves at all. in my experience, you're better off with a pair of black diamond's powerstretch gloves with leather palms. those will give you better grip on your poles or ice axe.
Nice Gloves

I got these gloves for my daily walks in Central Park when the temperature is around 40 degrees. They are perfect for working out in the cold. They keep my hands quite warm and are very breathable. I also like the snug fit.
