Nice jacket
I like this jacket. It fits perfectly on my body. The size of the jacket does run small so make sure to order up. The sleeve length is ideal for my arms but others may find the sleeves to be a bit short.
I haven't really worn this jacket much, so I can't comment on its durability. The style, fit and warmth are great. I would recommend this jacket to others.

Great jacket
I'm really pumped about this jacket. Great weight to warmth ratio. Fits true to size. Convenient pocket locations. Great as an insulation layer if your shell allows sufficient loft in the down. Awesome for sleeping in when the temp drops unexpectedly. I'm about 5'11" and 200lbs and the XL fits fine. Only con is the lack of a draw cord on the hood. I knew it when I bought it and it doesn't bother me much. If MH isn't going to add a draw string on the hood because of weight, they should definitely shrink the size of the hood so it form fits to the head better.

Awesome Jacket!
This is an amazing jacket, light, warm and packable. But you got to be super skinny to wear this. No big chest or no big stomach. I am 6 feet 175lbs, Med. is perfect. I also got additional large if I need to layer underneath.
Highly recommended for skinny people!

Lightest Jacket Ever
This Mountain Hardwear coat is extremely light and very comfortable. Used it on my trek to Everest Basecamp and kept warm at night. Highly recommend this jacket.

lightweight warmth
Superlight weight and slim fitting, this jacket is quite the fashion statement. It fits snugly so if you want to wear something underneath it, order up a size. This would work well in spring conditions or as a liner under a shell.
Neither windproof nor water resistant. Great for the canyons of NY. My wife just bought the Patagonia version of this jacket and it seems better designed -- that one has a pull string to adjust the hood.

Slim cut puffy
If you want a warm, slim-cut insulated jacket (with a hood), look no further than this jacket right here. It's the only puffy I've seen that can be an insulating layer under a Norrona jacket (similar cut to Arc'teryx), both in terms of cut and torso length. And it's REALLY warm. The hood however does NOT cinch down, which most people might want to see. But of course, if you have a shell on top of this jacket, and your shell has a hood that cinches, then you're ok.

Almost Perfect
Well, I wanted to love this jacket, actually I DO love it, except for ONE major flaw - The hood doesn't cinch around my head.
I always thought I had a pretty big head for my size but not according to Mountain Hardwear. The hood doesn't cinch up to my chin, but leaves a gap and overall the hood is just a bit too big for my head and in a very cold win would blow right off unless I held it tight with a hand.
I will have to return this jacket for now and hope that next year they re-design the jacket with a draw cord in the back to tighten it up.
It took about 3 years for MH to get the compressor hoody correct, but this latest version of that jacket is great, and I really like that one.
Everything else about the jacket is great. it looks better than the Compressor, is lighter and sleeker than the compressor. this would make a great underlayer, especially under rain or snow gear in cold weather.
Not sure how warm this jacket would be by itself in below freezing weather unless you had a warm layer or two underneath it.
The only other complaint is that occasionally feathers peak through material, this seems common for down coats and sleeping bags - which is something else I didn't like.

Super light weight warmth, athletic fit
I already have the Mountain Hardwear Phantom jacket in size large and it fits perfect. I was looking for a lighter weight, less puffy jacket with a hood. This jacket is great for that; almost as warm. It probably is just as warm when you use the hood. the fit is even more athletic than the Phantom. I am 6 feet tall, 178 pounds and the area around the arm/shoulder is close fitting to the point of being binding if full range of moment is tried. It is not too tight but I would not want it to be even one half inch less. The plus side of this cut is that when I layer underneath a Mountain Hardwear Kramer jacket, there is no associated bulk. I like it better than my Patagonia Nano Primaloft pullover for layering. The Nano is a much bigger cut for the same size so it leaves a lot of extra fabric around the stomach and arms. The shell material is even softer than the Nano as well. It is the same weight as a fleece but warmer. It is a little pricey, but 800 down usually is.
The Blue Chip color is accurately depicted on the website.

great jacket
It is very light and warm. It arrived in a timely fashion. I get a lot of positive comments about it and women come up and touch me when it is on.

Nice!
So light, so compact, so warm. The hood is awesome and the fit is perfect for those those have a longer torso and are pretty athletic - pretty sleek, not wide. Overall, it's an awesome jacket, totally worth it.
