Great Jacket
July 03, 2011

I am very pleased with this jacket. The material is a very high quality and it comes down just an inch or two past my waist. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a water-repellent windbreaker. Thanks for the great selection Altrec!

Great Jacket for Spring/Summer!
June 20, 2011

LOVE THIS JACKET! Needed something that copes with these crazy Chicago late Spring early Summers where it it's 60 and breezy in the Morning and 80 and storming by the afternoon. This jacket fits the bill to a tee. Light, breathable and water resistant, plus it has pockets for all your stuff. It typical Mountain Hardwear high quality, plus it looks really sharp. Great for day hikes, running errands, sitting at a ballgame, on the golf course or just communtig to work. Perfect when you need some wind and light rain protection but it's too hot for fleece or a big rain jacket. Now it will withstand a medium to hard drizzle but I wouldn't wear it to in a downpour. Plus it's not very well insulated (it's a late spring, summer jacket) so I wouldn't use this for your only means of cold weather protection (maybe as light baselayer). And as usual Altrec had the best prices around and I got it fast!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, looks great!
Cons: no pit zips, no inside pockets

Nice jacket!
May 11, 2011

Light-weight, comfortable, and well-made. Mountain Hardwear rocks. I'm not sure this puppy is 100% windproof, to be honest. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a taller collar, one that covers more of the throat area, with a cinch-cord. Other than that, I can't fault anything about this jacket.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Great value
