Nice fit
February 11, 2013

After ordering several long shorts with mixed results I was elated to find these fantastic Ancona shorts which fit me to a T. The color is really nice and I like the little belt loop for keys, etc. - a nice touch since the pockets are very flat and not roomy. As a hiking short, these do fine, but be warned, they have that scratchy sound when the thighs rub. Guess I should work on that part of my body. I would wear these rafting, at the beach for surf play on colder days or on hikes and even gardening. The leg opening fits close, which is flattering, and the length is perfect. One small problem was the tummy snap going a bit sideways and digging in the abdomen. Size 8 fit my 40 inch hips so size down if you are on the skinny side.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Cons: Cost
