just plain nice
I bought mine a size larger because I didn't want a tight fit. This shirt feels great on. It became my favorite the moment I tried it on. Very soft.

Good, but runs large.
This shirt is very comfortable. I wear it casually, not for actual activities. It feels like it might wick sweat, but I'd rather use something more technical for that. The shirt looks great and feels great, but it runs large so consider ordering it one size smaller.

Lightweight, warm, so comfy
I purchased the Butter Hoody in Glacier and it's a gorgeous blue/green. I took it for a test wear this past weekend in the White Mountains and it was just perfect for hiking and around town as well. I found it ran true to size as I was not looking for a fitted top. I may start a collection of these!

New Favorite Shirt for all activities!
The Women's Butter Hoody is definitely a new favorite of mine! I had ordered one, and then returned to Altrec to order two additional shirts. Not only are they soft and breathable, but the hood is actually shaped for comfort and protection. The shirt also has style - it can be worn for all occassions. Great shirt!

This shirt is so soft and comfortable I love it!
The Butter Hoody is an awesome shirt it is so soft and great for climbing outside on cool days. I also wear it when I run in the mornings it is a great piece to own.

soft, warm and comfortable
My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Knowing her hair would be coming out, I searched for a warm, soft, hooded piece of clothing. This Butter Hoody is working out just perfect.

Comfortable but...
This hoody does feel like butter - its really soft, smooth and keeps you really warm. I bought this in XS Pale Pink and it fits perfectly. There is room for another layer underneath. The only thing I dont like about it is the hoody - its cut close to mold to your face and head and I look like a bug wearing it. Otherwise, its perfect for wearing for a fall run or around the house.

Great for Spring & Fall
This hoody is very lightweight and cuddly warm. The hood fits snugly and comfortably. My only complaint is the sewing workmanship on the "V" in front and back....not very smooth or symmetrical. Overall, though, a great addition to my outdoor wardrobe.

Runs Big
The hoody tends to run large. I normally wear a size large and when I got this, I was considered that maybe it would a little tight considering most Mountain Hardware items have an athletic cut. This item does not. It is quite baggy and I feel like I have room to put a few layers on underneath. I am hoping that it might shrink in the wash. Other than sizing, I like the design and colors offered. Will likely get more in a smaller size

Dark Adobe is DARK
Dark Adobe is actually MUCH darker than shown in the photo. It's a very dark clay. Fits large, so you may want to order a size down if you like a bit more fitted look.
