Much thinner then i thought it would be. It'd be good for layering but not as a main jacket. I was expecting it to be a thicker material and it was more of a windbreaker.
Pros: Great designVersatile Little Softshell

This jacket is light and folds down to the size of a small water bottle, yet it offers good water protection (rain beads up and falls right off), and some wind-protection (without feeling stuffy). I've been wearing it more than any other jacket this late summer/early fall with different base-layers, depending on how cold it gets here in the mountains. Because it is stretchy, I've actually been able to wear it over a light fleece comfortably, and I plan on using it as a layer underneath my heavier stuff this winter. I am 5'6, 115 lbs and the XS fits perfectly.

She really likes her new MHW Onata Jacket. Works great a lite weight soft shell for hiking and biking. Packs small for stuffing in a backpack. She's happy, I'm happy!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceExcellent jacket at the price

My daughter had tried on this jacket at a local sporting goods store and it was marked 1/2 off and still over $90. Of course Altrec beat the price by far for an excellent long lasting jacket. It is a great go too piece on warmer days when a very lightweight jacket is needed to help protect from sprinkles and wind.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueNot sure what this jacket is for...

My wife got this jacket in hopes that it would be a light, sleek soft shell. Turns out it is about as thick as an 80's windbreaker but with almost no windbreaking? It looks pretty sleek to be sure, but just doesn't seem to have much use. Not warm at all, not wind resistant, minimal water resistance... I would recommend going with something thicker to get better all of these but still have good movement.
