Great little summer tank
December 05, 2010
This is a great little summer tank. Like its title says it is extreamly thin and light. I have worn mine hiking and kayaking and when your boiling its great to be able to pull layers off and get down to this tank. Its the closest thing for a girl to be shirtsless that I have seen, so if your on the modest side it might not be for you. It dose not fit quite as snug as say a UV shirt, but it is a close to the body design. The only thig I have found wrong with the shirt is it could be a little snaggy. It has not pilled up and after 6 months mine sitll looks good, but I have felt it catch a few times while gettin out of cars and in outer shirts.
Pros: Performance, Great value, thin and cool, Cons: a little snaggyGreat top - runs small

I love this tank and bought two last year (2010) and came back this year for more. I was surprised that the medium was so tight on me, as last years' medium fit very well. I don't mind snug, but this was really tight. I've even dropped a couple of pounds (to 134) and sent it back for a large. I'm much happier. I love Mountain Hardwear; wish they'd keep their sizing consistent.
Pros: Great design, Performance, Great value, flattering fitLight & Airy

Good-fitting, light airy tank. I use it for racquetball ... where it helps me stay cool!
Not long enough
July 30, 2011
This tank is of a very lightweight material and the dewberry is so pretty but it is too short for me and I am only 5'4". Not such a flattering length as I am used by the Columbia tanks I own. I am between size small and medium for most athletic shirts (such as Columbia, TNF) and the size medium has a snug fit in this one.
Pros: lightweight, Cons: too shortNice tank

Great wicking and dries quickly. Good durability, has held up well after mutiple hikes and washings. Only complaint is regarding the seam across the chest which I find unflattering.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: seam across chestvery lightweight but....

This tank is very lightweight and perfect for long runs on a hot day, but it's not a good size for a tall person. I'm 5'9" with a smaller chest. The wicked lite tank (size medium) fits too wide and short for my torso. Wish it were right for my body because the fabric and cut are great!
So comfortable!

I purchased this tank top for hiking and kayaking trips, and it kept me dry and happy!
Like going topless!
September 01, 2010
I love this tank. Got it just in time for a river trip and it was near-perfect- quick drying and so much more comfortable than a sport bra. One complaint - common with this sort of material- it gets pretty stinky after a couple of days of paddling.
Love this tank!

If you want a tank top that fits well, looks great, and dries fast - this is the tank for you. I have received many compliments on this tank and people often ask me where I purchased it. I like it so much that I purchased it in white, blue, and red. The price is really good too!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Great valueGreat for anything between teaching Pilates to trail running
April 06, 2010
Comfortable, flattering fit that will take me from teaching Pilates to running single-track in Colorado. I'm 5'7", 128lbs and a small fits great.
Good piece for under layering
December 15, 2009
I like this product a lot. I wear it under my t-shirt when I run, it keeps my outer layers relatively dry. I'll probably go back for another one.

Great fit and wears like a second skin!

The fabric is very light and I can wear it, wash it, and wear it again the next day! It is perfect for doing yoga on a warm day.

Slick fit except.....
June 27, 2011
Tank fits snugly, nice smooth fabric, good for base layer, but it gaps at the back, makes wear as under layer for wide necked top iffy. Needs to fit flat in back. Red is dark.
love these shirts!

I bought one of these and loved it so much I eventually got one in every color. The fit is very flattering and they are super comfy and cool. The styling around the shoulders and neckline gives them more style than a tank top. I've gotten lots of compliments. I bought my usual size (small) and it fits me well, but there is not a lot of room in the chest so if you are busty you might want a larger size. (I'm 5'8", 135) The poppy red is my favorite, but all the colors are nice. Morning mist is a little blah but still OK.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useGet It!

Bought this as part of a collection of clothes to wear on a months long trek. Important detail : no seams on the shoulders for the pack straps to rub! Also light, cool, quick drying, antimicrobial fabric. When you are going long - these details make a difference!
great fit and well made

Bought these in several colors for working out as I get very ht and sweaty. Not too tight or too revealing. Thin but not see-through, even the white one. Work great under a fleece or sweater for little extra warmth when needed. Taking them with me to Africa this month to wear under an open L/S shirt (use like a jacket to cover shoulders). Definitely would recommend.

I really wanted to like it, but I was disappointed how short this tank was and sent it back. I thought the quality was good and the style was flattering, but way too short for my taste. I am 5'3", 110 lbs, 34A and the shirt fell just eblow my belly button. Other than the length I would recommend.
great little top

I love this top. I have purchased it in several colors. It packs away into nothing, washes easily and dries quickly. The only negative I have found is that it does seem to hold onto smells, so I can only wear it once between washing.
love it-fyi you may want to order bigger size
November 14, 2011
i love this shirt especially for the sale price. it is short, falls right at the short line, which i love for running. it is small. i got a small and have at 34" bust, don't know how someone with a 35" bust is suppose to fit in this. so you may want to order a size up. very comfortable though, super fast drying, works great when you sweat...i love it.
Pros: Great design, Great value, PerformanceJust what I was looking for
June 05, 2009
I was having trouble finding a scoop-neck tank that was quick-drying,lightweight and WITHOUT a racer-style back. This tank fills the bill exactly and the fit is very flattering.
The Best!

These are so comfortable and dry so quickly. Perfect for the gym and hot Arizona summers.
Great tank!
July 29, 2011
I am a fan of mountain hardwear. I was looking for a tank for hot summer runs that was light weight, would wick away sweat, cute and comfortable. This fit the bill! I have only wore it once so I can't speak for the durability yet, but it was on a 50 mile run. No chaffing, it was extremely comfortable. I loved it and coming back for more! I don't like my tops really tight. I have an athletic build, smaller chest and am 5'7. The medium was a good fit. If you like a tighter fit I would go with a small.

Lightweight and comfortable

This top really stands up to the most hot and humid days for whatever activity your doing. Great for health club and biking. The fit really accentuates the female form.
Fantastic performance
June 16, 2010
I am back to purchase 2 more - this will be a staple this summer. I am a size M/L and the M was a nice flattering fit in this one.
perfect for the summer bike trip
July 10, 2009
I was looking for something comfortable, when biking here in Virginia beach. This absolutely fit my needs. It is comfortable, feels almost like nothing, yet keeps me cool under the hot sun.
Quik-dry delight.
May 09, 2010
So lightweight. Perfect for those really hot days...I wear it alone or with a very light long sleeve shirt for UV progtection. I really like the "quik dry" material. That's very important to this kayaker. :) Got the black, can't wait to get my blue. :)
Cool and comfortable!
May 15, 2009
It's hard to tell from the website but this tank fits great and is SO lightweight and cool. It feels loose on but is shaped well so that it's feminine and flattering. I'm not sure which color to buy next!

Great shirt for workout in hot, muggy Florida Summer
August 07, 2009
I like to ride my unicycle on the Mountain-bike trails in Tallahassee, Florida. It's so hot and muggy during the summer months that it only takes a few minutes in that heat for me and my clothes to become totally drenched with sweat. I have been looking for a shirt that will remain light, comfortable and modest even when it's totally soaked. And it looks great wet or dry! I have three of these shirts in black, grasshopper, and pale orchid, size Small. I wear size XS in most shirts, but I size-up to Small for Mountain Hardware shirts. They fit and look so good that I feel comfortable wearing these shirts around town and even at work.

Great looking and working
August 11, 2009
This tank is exactly what I was looking for! It's lightweight, hangs nicely, scoop neck - very flattering, AND the most important, a great wicker. I bought four colors, I use them for both hiking and in bed. I sometimes get nightsweats so bad, I drench my pjs. These tops wick it away and don't leave my body wrapped in w-e-t!
comfortable and lightweight

Love this shirt. Bought in many colors. Great at keeping you cool and dry while hiking.
