this is a good twist if you pack a lot of beef stew. I found that 1 1/2 cups water will give you a less runny dinner.

This is the very best backpacking meal we've found. It's our #1 pick. We always keep some on hand. And Mountain House products in general seem to be better than the other brands.

One of the best

This is by far one of my favorite dinners that mountain house has to offer. It has a little bit of spice to it, but not too much. I found that it tasted great with a little more water, so that it was like a stew. It also has more meat than most of the dinners.
