NICE BAG

Yet another awesome product from MSR and sold by Altrec. This Hydromedary bag feels and looks stronger than those other all plastic water bags that I own. I bought the 2.5 liter because of the dimensions. It is a little shorter and wider than 3 or 2 liter. It fits perfect in my Deuter Futura 50+10 side pocket made for a hydration bag. The only thing that I would change is make the fill port lid attached to the bag with a leash so your not fumbling round looking for it after you have set it down next to the creek to refill your water on the trail.

Solid performance

It did its job - no leaks! Held up well to some tossing around, the handle at the opening makes the bag easy to fill. The cap is a few more ounces of weight than some other hydration bags, but it seals nicely and is easy to open/close. The on/off on the spout was a nice convenience. Good water flow. No plastic taste.
