Next time you go backpacking or car camping, hoop it up with the roomy comfort of the MSR Hoop Tent. This 2-person tent has a long/wide floor to easily accommodate 2 Thermarest mattresses and campers on the tall side and uses 2 cross poles on top to stretch the ceiling giving both campers lots of head space to sit up in. The 2 doors each have their own spacious vestibule for gear storage and easy access for midnight trips to the loo. MSR tents are built with high quality materials and sound engineering to keep them standing in 3 seasons of weather including light snows and blustery winds. The Hoop Tent comes with 2 end poles that help stabilize it in the upright position making it a freestanding tent – leave these extra poles at home to save weight in your pack. To save even more weight, the fly and footprint (sold separately) can be set up alone as a fast-and-light tarp structure that provides excellent ventilation (but no bug protection).
