Description
Lightweight and compact in your backpack, the MSR Nook Tent offers 2 campers plenty of interior space and luxurious head room when you set it up in the backcountry thanks to its steep side walls and top spreader bars. Waterproof and durable for 3 season use, this 2 person tent has a meshy body and 2 top vents in the rain fly for great cross ventilation and the rain fly channels water away from the door so it won't drip inside when open, allowing you to relax out of the rain and still enjoy the view while cooking or lounging. When you pitch the Nook on challenging terrain where it's hard to find good stake placement, the 2 rear pullouts can be spread out using a trekking pole, making this MSR tent completely freestanding. Already light at 3 pounds, you can leave the tent body at home and just pitch the fly with the footprint (sold separately) and you'll have a super ultra light shelter at just over 2 pounds.
