bought in 1999, still using it today. survived a appalachian trail thru hike in 2003, 1000 miles of the continental divide in 2006, and it's going on my 2010 pacific crest trail thu hike. and of course, it's been used extensively in between too. one night a black bear decided to lick and chew on my pot, even though it was clean. thought for sure it was ruined. the next morning, not a tooth mark on it. if i get a chance, i'll take mine to the moon too.

Great product,.. weighs 1/2 of what my last "cook set" did! Worth the money, and should last forever. My husband wished the "pot holder/gripper" was bigger/longer...and I agree! This is fairly new, so am not sure on "Durability" yet. It would be nice if the lid handle stayed upright or easier to grab, so removal of the lid would work better. The weight alone is a good reason to give it a really good look!Pros: Build quality, light weight, Cons: Cost, lid design & pot gripper
