These capris are quite comfortable. I've used them for working out at the gym but will be taking them outside when it gets a bit warmer. They feel like they are supportive without being binding. They fit in the leg and are not baggy in the thighs which I sometimes have trouble with. I'm 5'6 and weigh about 155 lbs. I usually wear a large or a 12 pant. The only complaint is that the seams began to unravel after the first use. I noticed it in the bottom seam in the waistband in a couple of places. Since wearing them and washing them a few times, there are a couple more spots where the stitching is loose but nothing's come fully unraveled so far. It might just be this pair and not indicative of overall quality.
