DescriptionOutdoor Research Helium Awning
Cruise under dripping clouds, travel far from home despite the threat of incoming weather: this silicone-coated ripstop nylon awning provides excellent shelter for up to three people, with or without bivy sacks. Stake loops with 5 adjustable tension buckles make this ultralight awning easy to stake out. Mesh pockets at each corner can be used to store the 1.5mm cord when it is not being used to stake out the awning. Using trekking poles and cord allows the Helium Awning™ to be erected in several different configurations, providing a range of coverage that can be adjusted to match changing conditions
- Highly water resistant 30-denier Cordura® siliconized ripstop nylon fabric
- 1.5-mm. cord and mesh cord pockets
- Stake loops with five adjustable tension buckles
- Reflective tape accents at corners to enhance visibility in low light conditions
- Folds down and stows away in a stuff sack (included)
